Q. Why do I have to have a consultation with Dr. Ali before I receive a treatment?
A. Consultations are necessary for any new patient because Dr. Ali customizes all of her treatments to your specific concerns.
Q. Why can't I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
A. Dr. Ali offers an extensive selection of services an it would not be possible for us to schedule the appropriate treatment without a recommendation from Dr. Ali. Once you receive your recommendation from Dr. Ali you can schedule at any time.
Q. Why do I need a VISIA Skin Analysis?
A. A VISIA Skin Analysis is necessary for all facial consultations, Dr. Ali uses the results from the VISIA during your personalized consultation to help her with her recommendations for your treatment.
Q. Do you take insurance?
A. We are not affiliated with any insurance company. We will help you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, for non cosmetic procedures. We do NOT participate with MEDICARE and can not help you submit with MEDICARE.
Q. Do I need a consultation for a procedure if I'm an existing patient?
A. If you are an existing patient and are interested in having a new treatment done, you would need a consultation for that specific treatment to ensure that you are an appropriate candidate.
