There is a very specific technique that must be adhered to when using silicone as a permanent lip filler. This is to ensure that product migration does not occur and that the process of neocollagenesis takes place properly. Because the body’s inflammatory response to the silicone results in augmentation, it is important to ensure that the potential candidate does not have any autoimmune or infection issues.

Immediately after your treatment, you can expect slight redness, swelling, tenderness, and an itching sensation in the treated areas. This is a normal result of the injections.
