Vaginal Lift and Vaginal Tightening

Vaginal Lift

Many people haven’t heard about one of the newest aesthetic treatments on the market today – a vaginal lift. When it comes to the appearance of aging many people first think of wrinkles, grey hairs, and weight gain – just to name of few. Many, however, do not think about how this can affect the other, more private parts of their body.  Unfortunately, as our face ages, so does EVERYTHING else.  For women our vagina can start to sag, and become looser over time.  It’s definitely a weird concept to think of, but it makes sense as the other parts of us age relatively in the same manner.

As we get older our skin starts to sag as we lose collagen and our vagina is no different. Many women come to us looking for a vaginal lift – and luckily we offer options that is non-surgical, pain free, and requires absolutely no downtime.  Keep reading to learn more!

Dr. Dima and Vaginal Lift

Dr. Dima has been performing the non-surgical vaginal lift since it was first introduced to the market making her a pioneer in the industry. She is actually known as the “Hoo-Ha Healer” in the D.C. Metropolitan Area.  Historically, for a long time, surgery was the only option for women for vaginal tightening and vaginal lifting.  Therefore, Dr. Dima personally trained with Dr. Matolock – of the E! Network docu-series Dr. 90210 – to offer this treatment to her patients. Luckily modern medicine is always advancing and going under the knife is no longer the only option – there are now several different options for non-surgical vaginal lift on the market today, and Dr. Dima being the Hoo-Ha Healer has tried them all.

The Best Non-Surgical Vaginal Lift Treatments

As stated earlier, there are various treatments on the market today for vaginal lift making it hard for consumers to decide what is the best treatment. Dr. Dima tries every treatment before we offer it to our patients, and did intense research to find the best one.  She then came to a conclusion that there are two clear winners: ThermiVa and Geneveve – taking a close look at the technology used. She found that vaginal rejuvenation can be broken down into 2 technologies:  Radiofrequency and CO2 laser. The CO2RE Intima, Femilift, and Mona Lisa are all non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation options that use CO2 laser. ThermiVa and Geneveve employ radiofrequency.    In Dr. Dima’s opinion, radiofrequency is definitely the way to go if you’re looking for tightening and improvement in appearance. This has also been found with the patients that come to our practice. In fact, women report an increase in sensation as well.   With these technologies, we have witnessed our patients achieving remarkable results with some even stating that it has “changed their lives.” Here you can view one of our patients explaining how ThermiVa changed her life for the better.

More on ThermiVa

ThermiVa is a non-surgical option for vaginal lift. Treatments use radiofrequency energy to gently heat tissue to reclaim, restore and revive feminine wellness, without discomfort or downtime. ThermiVa uses a special wand applicator which may be applied externally to labia and vulvar tissues to lift the vagina and restore normal tissue tone and function. The specially designed handpiece also delivers radio-frequency energy inside the vagina to revive atrophic tissue and other structures. Typically the treatment requires three treatments to obtain optimal results. To learn even more about ThermiVa click here.

More on Genveveve

The Geneveve treatment uses clinically-proven cryogen-cooled monopolar radiofrequency (CMRF) to uniformly deliver gentle volumetric heating while cooling delicate surface tissue. This unique technology stimulates the body’s natural collagen formation process which helps to lift and tighten the vagina.  It also helps with lubrication, and sexual dysfunction. The Geneveve is FDA approved to treat urinary incontinence making it a great treatment for many women after childbirth and experiencing menopause. To learn even more about Geneveve click here.
